Joseph places third at CU-Wisconsin Open

Concordia University took part in the 2011 Concordia Wisconsin Open on Saturday. 

Adam Joseph (Hastings, Neb.) had another solid performance for the Bulldogs to finish third in the event.  Joseph went 5-1 on the day.  He earned a 12-7 decision over Collin Crum (UW Parkside) to advance to the 3rd place match.  He then picked up a 6-5 decision over Matt Holmes (Loras) to take third place.  Joseph is now 15-1 on the season.  Brandon Starkey (St. Paul, Neb.) also finished eighth for the Bulldogs in the 149-pound weight class.
